How can we help?

DRAY Entertainment provides support for verified RayChat members. Email us about access, devices, notifications, messages, media, privacy, or safety concerns.

Contact support

Email support-raychat@drayentertainment.com. This is the official support and privacy contact for RayChat by DRAY Entertainment.

To help us investigate, include:

  • a short description of what happened and what you expected;
  • the RayChat version and build shown under Settings → About;
  • your device model and Android version;
  • the approximate date and time of the problem, including your time zone; and
  • a screenshot only when it contains no private messages, phone numbers, codes, or other member information.

Protect your account

Never email a one-time passcode, password, recovery code, private message, Firebase credential, or signing key. DRAY Entertainment will not ask you to send these secrets.

If you believe a device or session is unauthorized, state that clearly in the subject line so an administrator can revoke access. For urgent personal-safety concerns, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.

Account access

RayChat is private and administrator-managed. A verified mobile number can create an ungrouped account, but only an authorized administrator can grant private group access.

If a login request is pending, contact your RayChat administrator for the code. Do not repeatedly request codes, and do not share a verification code with another person.

Notification help

Open RayChat → Settings → Private notifications and confirm that notifications are allowed in Android Settings. RayChat notifications intentionally hide message and sender content. If delivery still fails, include the app version, device model, and whether the app was open, in the background, or fully closed.

Privacy and deletion

Review the RayChat privacy policy for information about collection, permissions, providers, security, and retention. To permanently delete an account, follow the separate account-deletion process so ownership can be verified safely.
